– There are 2 spacious, well-lit bedrooms – both on the ground floor.
– Both bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, wardrobes, AC, TV, Wi-Fi access.
– Both bedrooms overlook the surrounding lake.
BATHROOMS
– There is an ensuite bathroom, 1 common
bathroom and 1 pool shower.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– Enter through the doors and step into the
furnished living room featuring high ceilings and large windows and ample natural light.
– Equipped with plush sofa-style seating for up to 9 people, it also offers Wi-Fi access and a portable music system.
– The living room is equipped with 2 ACs.
– The dining area is a part of the living area and it can seat up to 6 people. It is furnished with a rectangular dining table along with comfortable furnishings.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and an induction plate.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
FOOD
– All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1400 per person, per day.
– All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in- house at an additional cost of Rs. 1600 per person, per day.
IMPORTANT POINTS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– All-male groups are not allowed.
– This is not a wheel-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances except for the refrigerator and AC for Up to 48 hours.
– Smoking hookah is strictly prohibited at the property.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the
external areas of the property for security
purposes.
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings, as the property may be prone to insects and bugs.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time
Cancellation Policy:
We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:
- Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
- Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
- Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the reservation date.
- No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given
This stay follows Strict policy,
Hence, if canceled at least 30 days before the reservation date, the full advance will be refunded(Minus the cancellation charge of 15% of the total booking amount).
If canceled less than 30 days then no refund in any circumstances.
