Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows No Refund policy, hence no refund will be given of the advance amount if user wishes to cancel on any date or in any circumstances.

Please Note:

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
• In Case of date postpone/shift of booking dates: Decision is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases

Key Points(Cancellation Policy,Payment,Checkin Document etc):

• 60% advance is compulsory for booking, without advance booking is not confirmed.
• The advance amount is non-refundable is any situation.
• The balance amount should be paid at the check-in.
• While check-in at resort showing ID proof (Aadhar Card Pan Card, Driving License etc.) is mandatory.
• The rescheduling can be done only if couple informs priory 15 days from the date of booking.
• The rescheduled booking will not be allotted for any weekends (eg.If you have booked for Saturday and you wish to postpone it then you will have to choose only weekdays between Monday-Thursday)
• The rescheduling can only be done within the same month and cannot be transfer for the next month.
• The rescheduling charges may differ as per the packages for that specific time.
• Check-in & Checkout timings are fixed (“Chekin-1.00 PM” “Checkout-10.00AM) if checkout times gets extended after 11.00AM then couple will have to pay additional amount of half day.

By Car: You can easily drive your vehicle till the stay

By Train: The nearest station is Lonavala, you can easily get a train to Lonavala and from there you can book a taxi which will drop you at the stay.

By Bus: Take a bus for Lonavala, once you reach Lonavala bus station take a taxi from there which will drop you at this stay.
