About the Space:

This stay is a wooden 800 sq ft Tent House located on level three of the hill.

There is enough privacy to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings be it on the attached sit out, the private garden at the rear or the huge lawn in front.

One of the highlights of this house is its outdoor style bathroom where a hill doubles up as a wall. This stay is a few steps away from the Pool and the Restaurant.

Away from the city, this place is where you can genuinely relax by spending your day at the infinity pool or the spa. But if you’d instead get up close with nature, then the resort offers various activities like nature walks, ATV rides, archery and riffle shooting to name a few.

Farm To Table Experience

Most of the food served at this place is grown in-house where the veggies come from their organic farm and fresh prawns are harvested in the property ponds. This is the type of place where you would break your fast listening to birdsong while taking in the sweeping landscape. You will sip mimosas over lunch and lay beneath a starry sky on your private deck at night.

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows No Refund policy, hence no refund will be given of the advance amount if user wishes to cancel on any date or in any circumstances.

How to Reach?

By Car: Stay is located in Tala, You can drive from Kolad to Tala. Kolad is easily connected by road from Mumbai and Pune

By Train: The nearest station is Kolad, you can easily get a train to Kolad and from there you can book a taxi which will drop you at the villa or you can take a train till Lonavala and get a taxi to drop you at the stay

By Bus: Take a bus for Kolad, once you reach Kolad bus station take a taxi from there which will drop you at this stay.
