Itinerary:
2 PM: Welcome Drink

2:30-3:30: Lunch will be served in suite

5:30: Tea/Coffee will be served in suite

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Movie and Karaoke setup will be arranged at the dedicated common area along with snacks.

9:00 PM – 10:00 PM : A Bonfire and Veggie Salad with Masala papad will be arranged in the dedicated common area

9:30 PM – 10:30 PM : Dinner will be served in the suite

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM : Breakfast will be served in Suite

Checkin:2 PM
Checkout: 11 AM

Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows a Moderate policy , hence full advance will be refunded(Deducting the cancellation charge of 15% of total booking amount) if cancelled at least 21 days before date of reservation.

If cancelled less than 21 days then no refund in any circumstances.

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
