Cancellation Policy:
We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:
- Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
- Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
- Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given
This stay follows No Refund policy, hence no refund will be given of the advance amount if user wishes to cancel on any date or in any circumstances.
Please Note:
- In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
- In Case of date postpone/shift of booking dates: Decision is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
As we are a small resort, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows
Free of charge cancellations are only possible if cancelled at least 120 days in advance before your stay with cancellation charges of 15% of Booking amount. In any other cases your deposit will not be refunded, but in some cases we can offer date change for once.
Non Arrival(No Show):
If you fail to arrive to the resort till next day 11 am of your original booking and do not inform us about it in advance by email or phone, we will see this as No Show and your entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the resort. You will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
Shorten Stay(Early Checkout)
If your plans change and you decide to leave earlier, we will understand it as cancellation and will ask you to pay in full for all remaining nights.

By Car: You can easily drive your vehicle till the villa
By Bus: Take a bus for Goa, once you reach bus station take a taxi till Candolim from there which will drop you at this villa.
