– We offer two single-foldable beds with mattresses, which are available upon request. These can be set up next to the queen beds in the bedrooms or in the living room, based on your preference. Additionally, we have a sofa bed that can accommodate one more guest.

– Bathrooms: Two rooms are equipped with attached bathrooms, and the third shares a common bathroom near the living room. All bathrooms have hot water for your comfort.

– Fully Equipped Kitchen: Feel at home with a fully stocked kitchen, including reverse osmosis water, a 2-burner stove, fridge, microwave, utensils, and all the basic condiments you may need to whip up your favorite meal.

Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the reservation date.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows a Flexible policy. Hence, if canceled at least 11 days before the reservation date, the full advance will be refunded(Minus the cancellation charge of 15% of the total booking amount).

If canceled less than 11 days then no refund in any circumstances.
