• Check in – 13.00hrs & checkout – 11.00 hrs
• Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and will be chargeable.
• Checkouts from 1200 to 1800 hours are subject to 60% of room rate and thereafter at 100%.
• All arrivals prior to 6AM are billed from the previous night.
• All arrivals between 06:00 to 11:00 hours are subject to 60% of the room rate
• In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the resort reserves the right to levy retention charges for entire reserved stay.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 5 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund
• No Show No refund
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that it may take 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Any applicable transaction or bank fees will be adjusted accordingly.
