With a history of over 100 year and above, the victorian era bungalow is a colonial heritage of British Indian Architecture that stands amidst a tranquil environment. Elegant interiors , classic bedrooms and an impressive corridor with high ceilings and masonry walls keep the interiors cool.

Standing at the top of the hill, providing the 360 degree view of the tea plantations , this bungalow gives a luxury of an era that lives mostly in the memories of the generations before us.

Walk down hill through tea plantation and stroll along Kabini river.

The Kozhikode international airport (80km) https://www.kozhikodeairport.com/, about 2.5 hours drive to Wayanad through beautiful mountain roads covered in mist.

Bangalore airport (300km) https://www.bengaluruairport.com/, about 5 hours drive to Wayanad, through Mysore Bandipur Tiger reserve national park.

BY TRAIN

The Kozhikode Railway Station is the nearest railway station to Wayanad, located at a distance of 80 km from the city. There are frequent and good connectivity of train services to Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai and Bangalore.

Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport.
• Confirmations of bookings are subject to receipt of full payment in advance against room tariff. Unless advance payment is received, bookings will be treated as provisional and the rooms may be released to guests who make advance payment.
• Payment can be made through online, Wire Transfer, UPI and confirmation mail will be sent against payment receipt.
• All other dues incurred during stay shall be settled at the resort against bills, daily.
