About Stay:
This is a magical abode in the midst of a pristine apple orchard and surrounded by a lush deodar forest at a height of 7800 feet. The residency has been constructed keeping in mind its Himalayan roots, along with a full spectrum of much-needed modern comforts. The rooms overlook the magnificence of the Pabbar Valley that is as picturesque as it can get.
The top floor has a memorable verandah that doubles up as a cosy reading corner or a spot to enjoy your tea as the sun sets in front of you.
The best time to visit is March through October; and if you like snow, the end of December to February is a great time for getting a feel of the real winters.
Having a retreat in the midst of Nature’s exuberance has a charm that is unmatched. With most parts of Himalayas getting too many tourists and being overcrowded as such, the village of Brall offers a soothing experience with its idyllic setting, an ideal place to let your hair down and your feet up.
The non-commercial nature of the village and its surrounding areas has the kind of romanticism that is getting rare to find with each passing year; something that refreshes and rejuvenates the mind, body and soul.

Cancellation Policy:
We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:
- Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
- Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
- Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given
This stay follows Partial Moderate policy, please read below
- If you cancel before 21 days of your scheduled arrival, 80% of the booking value will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 11-21 days your scheduled arrival, 50% of the booking value will be refunded.
- No refund, if cancel less than 11 days your scheduled arrival or in case of no-show.
- You can reschedule for free once based on availability. Second rescheduling will be 20% extra on the basictariff.
Please Note:
- In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
- In Case of date postpone/shift of booking dates: Decision is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
Child Policy:
- Maximum 2 children up to 4 years stay free in parents’ room on plan, without any extra bed.
- Children 5-11 years stay in parents’ room on plan at 50% of extra person rate, without any extra bed.
- Any extra bed required for children under 12 years will be charged at the hotel’s extra person rate.
- Children above 11 years old will treated as an adult will be charged as full amount.House Rules:
- Smoking & Drinking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Entire structure is made up of wood and smoking will be a serious fire hazard.
- Please refrain from playing loud music that might cause disturbance to other guests and the family staying in the premises particularly between 10:00 PM to 8.00 AM
- All meals are served at the common dining area, since there is No room service at a Homestay.
- When checking in, guests must show proof of an original, government-issued document that includes aphoto ID.
- Pets are not allowed.
