Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows Partial Moderate policy, please read below

Confirmed dates/days may be altered, cancelled or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches the company 21 days prior to the check in date with 30% of total booking amount as Cancellation Charges, subject to availability.
Please note if the cancellation is initiated within 21 days then we would not be able to amend, postpone or cancel the reservation hence there would be a 100% retention of the package value.
No refund is applicable for no show.
No refund for unused nights or early checkout.

For cancellations necessitated by force majeure situations (such as Government mandate lock down or closures) we will operate by rescheduling your booking for the future date.

Note: As per our cancellation policy any amounts refundable will be subject to a 30% deduction to cover bank charges, payment gateway fees and administrative charges.
· If any train/flight cancellation no refunds would be offered on rooms.
If any tourist places are closed due to any reasons or due to heavy rains etc. no refunds would be offered on rooms.

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
• In Case of date postpone/shift of booking dates: Decision is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
