• As part of the protocol, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued Photo ID (AADHAR / Passport / Driver’s License / Voter ID) at the time of Check-in.
  Please note that according to the govt, a PAN Card is not an acceptable Photo ID.
  Foreign Nationals / NRIs can present their Passport along with a valid Visa.
• The cabin is non-smoking. We request you to step outdoors for a smoke.
  An ashtray is available on the poolside table.
• Since it’s a poolside cabin, we request guests to exercise precaution while in and around the pool. Management is not responsible for any accidents / injuries.
• A First Aid Kit is placed at the bottom of the bookshelf in your cabin in case of accidents or injuries. Contact your host for additional help.
• Since we’re tucked away from the main market, please book your meals as much in advance as possible (preferably with your booking).
• For multi-night stays, please get in touch with your host for the housekeeping schedule.
• We do not serve alcohol. Guests can carry and consume their own without disturbing the neighbouring guests and villagers.
• Get in touch with your host if you might have visitors or if you’d like to plan an event during your stay. We do not allow guests without a confirmed booking to enter the property.
• Any damages to the property/items on the property will be charged as per actual and Bunkout holds no rights to reduce or cancel the amount.

Off Season Weekday Rates: 11,100 for 2 people including stay and taxes only

Off Season Weekend Rates: 11,700 for 2 people including stay and taxes only
Meals Price: 3100 for 2 people per night including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

 Season Weekend Rates:15900 for 2 people including stay and taxes only

Meals Price: 3200 for 2 people per night including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows a Moderate cancellation policy, hence full refund will be provided if Cancellation is made before 21 days from the date of reservation. If cancellation is done less than 21 days from the date of reservation, no refund in any circumstances.

Please Note:

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on the Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postponement in such cases
• In Case of date postponement/shift of booking dates: The decision is completely dependent on the Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postponement in such cases

By Train: The nearest station is Pune, you can easily get a train to Pune and from there you can book a taxi which will drop you at the villa.

By Bus: Take a bus for Pune, once you reach Pune bus station take a taxi from there which will drop you at this villa.
