Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows Strict policy, Please read below, hence refund will be provided(deducting 15% Cancellation charges) if cancelled 30 days before, else:

1) If the cancellation is 21 days prior to booking, then 50% of the full amount.

2) If the cancellation is 11 days prior to booking – No Refund.

3) Strictly No refund on bookings made between 20 DECEMBER – 05 JANUARY, irrespective of cancellation made 30 days before date of booking, as per our regular policy.

4) NO SHOW – In the case of No Show or Under Stay, 100% cancellation fee will apply

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
• In Case of date postpone/shift of booking dates: Decision is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
