Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the reservation date.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows Partial Moderate policy,

Hence, if canceled at least 21 days before the reservation date, 25% of the total amount will be deducted as cancellation fees

If canceled in less than 21 days then no refund in any circumstances.

Guest Access:Other than their own cottage, guests can access the dining area, lounge and BBQ area. Guests are free to sit in the lawn and relax or walk around the property

By Car: You can easily drive your vehicle till the cottage

By Bus: Take a bus for Munnar, once you reach Munnar bus station take a taxi which will drop you at the stay
