There will be a caretaker available 24*7 for your service, and food will also be made available on order. Villa is sanitized on a regular basis as we keep hygiene as our top priority.

The Villa is spacious and located in a soothing environment and spacious rooms . The security is taken properly by the caretaker which is available 24*7 for your service. The swimming pool is well maintained and guests have an exclusive entrance to the pool.

The rooms are spacious enough and ventilation is properly taken care in each room. The swimming pool faces the valley and so is the spacious balcony of the villa

The hall of the villa is spacious enough for a group gathering, the villa is properly sanitized on a regular basis and the washrooms are maintained properly, we take care and keep hygiene as our top priority.  The spacious balcony offers is big enough for a gathering a big group, it offers a soothing peaceful view where you can sit for hours and have all those late night talks.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₹.10000 payable at the time of check in. You get it back at the time of check out.

Villa Rules:-

• A disclaimer form is to be signed at the time of check in with photo IDs.
• Any damage to the property or property belongings will be payable.
• Check in time is 02:00PM and check out time is 11.00 am.
• keep the house and surrounding area clean.
• Late check out would incurr charges of ₹.3000 per hour.
• Do not move any furniture.
• Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene. Wash your feet before entering pool.
• Smoking & Hukah not allowed indoors.If found smoking or having hukah inside the villa, the security deposit will be retained. If having hukah outdoors, make sure there is no damage to the property.
• Music volume to be low. Loud music not allowed. No dj system or external speakers allowed in the premises.
• Only boys group would be allowed only after prior permission. Check in would be denied if no permission taken for only boys group.
• Pets not allowed without prior permission. Check in would be denied incase pets are there without permission.
• Bus not allowed in all properties so kindly inform before booking if travelling by bus.
• Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed to use pool without parent or adult guardian supervision.
• Consumption of banned substance like drugs, weed etc is strictly not allowed. If anyone found in possession of such substances it would be directly reported to the concern authorities and immediate action will be taken.

Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows Partial Strict policy, please read rules below:

• If cancelled on or less than 30 days of check in date – 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancelled between 15 & 30 days, 75% will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 15 days of check in date,full amount will be charged.
• No free Rescheduling or Credit Note will be provided for cancellation.

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
• In Case of date postpone/shift of booking dates: Decision is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases

Price: 32000 for weekday and 51500 for weekend(Minimum 2 days booking required for weekend) for upto 14 people including breakfast and taxes
Extra guests at 1700 per person

Check-In: 2 PM

Check-Out: 11 AM

Note: For Weekend Minimum 2 Nights Booking Required(Friday. Saturday, Sunday)

Guest Access: Guests have full access to the villa, the villa is a standalone property with full security

By Car: You can easily drive your vehicle till the villa

By Train: The nearest station is Lonavala, you can easily get a train to Lonavala and from there you can book a taxi which will drop you at the villa.

By Bus: Take a bus for Lonavala, once you reach Lonavala bus station take a taxi from there which will drop you at this villa.
