About the Space: 
The villa comprises 3 Bedrooms with attached toilets, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room, and a Dining area with access to a common toilet. All the rooms are located on the ground floor.

The Living room opens up in the front verandah which directly overlooks the 7000 sqft lush green lawn. The swimming pool is located beside the Gazebo Area.

The Parking area is situated on the backside of the Villa and can easily accommodate 10+ cars.

House Rules:

-The Check-in and Check-out times need to be strictly followed as there may be guests before or after you. You can check-in or check out early or late respectively by 1-2 hrs only in case there are no prior or later bookings and can be confirmed by the host only 1 day prior

-The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their Breakfast, incase you want to book the place for additional guests than what you have mentioned while booking we can make arrangements for upto 20 people at extra cost.

-Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9.30 pm (playing music on a lower volume even after 9.30 pm is fine)

-Swimming is not allowed to be used on the day of checkout as we do add chemicals to it in the morning which may cause skin irritations.

-Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.

-Smoking is allowed but not inside the house. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area or the verandah.

-In case the guests mess up the place, especially after drinking alcohol they will be strictly charged Rs 1000 extra for cleaning.

-Guests are strictly not allowed to go the river after 7.00 pm for safety concerns and also not allowed to go on the river after consuming alcohol, incase of any mishap due to not following these instructions, the host will not be responsible.

-Pets are allowed in the house at an additional pet fee of Rs 500 but STRICTLY not on the beds, couches and not in the pool. Incase pets are found on the beds, couches or in the pool the guests will be charged extra Rs 2000 cleaning fee

-Visiting guests will be allowed only if informed beforehand and will be charged Rs 300/guest extra. Guests will have to leave before 11.30pm or else full charge of Rs1250/guest will be implemented

Guest Access:

The Guest can access the complete Villa from the inside along with lawn area, the Swimming Pool and the Gazebo besides it from the outside.

The Guests are not allowed to enter the store room, the service Kitchen and the labour quarters.

The guests can visit our orchard only after confirming it with the caretaker.

Other Things to Note:

-Veg/Nonveg food can be served on a preorder basis at an additional cost. Please contact us for the same.

-Barbeque arrangements can also be arranged at an extra charge and need to be informed prior.

-Drinking water Jars will be provided on the property which are complimentary, also packaged drinking water and soft drinks are available at an additional cost.

-A government photo I’d of every guest is needed to be shown on check-in.

-It is a villa located at such a location that small insects, Mosquitoes, and lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.

-Any damage caused by the guests to any part of the property (dishes, glasses, furniture, artifacts, etc), guests will have to pay EXTRA for such damage depending on the extent of the damage.

-We do charge extra for the decoration setups and floating breakfast which are shown in the photos. Please check the price with us.

-Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less hence guests are required to place all their meals orders on the prior day to avoid disappointment.

-The bedrooms have ACs but the Living room doesn’t have one.

-The Jacuzzi is private but unfortunately, the water heating function doesn’t work.

– In the case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions etc. are beyond our control in such cases up to 2 hours of outage can be managed by us but above that the diesel charges will need to be paid by the guests at actuals.
