The space
Beautiful and charming 3 bedroom beach villa with private pool near Candolim beach . Beach is about 200 mtres from the property. 5 minutes by walk.
A perfect getaway for the travellers holidaying in Goa. It’s a beautiful Goan brick house with nice private pool & Garden space.

upper floor has a kitchen and a bedroom with attached bathroom
First floor has a living room
Second floor has two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
we have fulltime helper/ caretaker on site.
cleaning will be done daily.
linen will be changed on alternate days.
Regarding Breakfast
Simple breakfast of Bread Butter /Jam/Eggs will be provided every morning.
if guests want to eat anything more than this than the caretaker can provide at the additional charge.

- Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the reservation date.
- No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given
This stay follows Strict policy,
Hence, if canceled at least 30 days before the reservation date, the full advance will be refunded(Minus the cancellation charge of 15% of the total booking amount).
If canceled in less than 30 days then no refund in any circumstances.

By Car: You can easily drive your vehicle till the villa
By Bus: Take a bus for Goa, once you reach bus station take a taxi till Candolim from there which will drop you at this villa.
