This beautiful and secluded brick house was constructed to provide privacy and keeping long stays in mind.

The villa consists of 2 rooms , kitchen, an enormous veranda and garden space surrounding it. Its a bit off from the main resort (5 min walk)structure to ensure privacy and is pet friendly. All facilities like fridge ,washing machine are provided to ensure a long trouble free holiday.

This stay is ideal for guests particularly authors and script writers who crave privacy and silence but also require the facilities available at a boutique resort.
