This is the perfect property offering a peaceful stay experience. It consists of 2 Twin Villas in the same premises and is easily approachable from Pune and Mumbai. About the Space: 
The Property comprises of 2 twin 2bhk Villas each having 2 bedrooms with attached toilets, 1 kitchen, 1 Living room attached with a dining area.

The complete Villa is situated on the ground floor itself and easily accessible from the parking which can accommodate about 5-6 cars.

There is a multi-purpose court which is shared by both Villas and is located just in front of the Villas which is perfect for kids as well as adults.

The property has a 6000 sqft lawn area situated on one side of the property and the swimming pool is just beside this lawn both of them are shared between both the Villas.

House Rules:

-The Check-in and Check-out times need to be strictly followed as there may be guests before or after you. You can check-in or check-out early or late respectively by 1-2 hrs only in case there are no prior or later bookings and can be confirmed by the host only 1 day prior

-The price mentioned is only for the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking including their Breakfast, in case you want to book the place for additional guests than what you have mentioned while booking we can make arrangements upto 12 people and the cost for that will be extra

-Guests are strictly requested not to play loud music after 9.30 pm (playing music on a lower volume even after 9.30 pm is fine)

-Swimming is not allowed to be used on the day of checkout as we do add chemicals to it in the morning which may cause skin irritations.

-Drugs or any other illegal products are strictly prohibited on the property and guests will be asked to leave the property then and there itself without any refund if we come across any such activities.

-Smoking is allowed but not inside the house. You can smoke anywhere in the outside open area or the verandah.

-Incase the guests mess up the place, especially after drinking alcohol they will be strictly charged Rs 1000 extra for cleaning.

-Pets are allowed in the house at an additional pet fee of Rs 500 but STRICTLY not on the beds, couches and not in the pool. Incase pets are found on the beds, couches or in the pool the guests will be charged extra Rs 2000 cleaning fee

-Visiting Guests will be allowed only if informed prior and will be charged Rs300/guest extra. Guests will have to leave before 11.30pm or else full charge of Rs1250/guest will be implemented

Guest Access:

The Guest can access the complete Villa from the inside except the storeroom located in the kitchen.

The lawn area, the Swimming Pool, the multipurpose court can be accessed by the guests.

The Guests are not allowed to enter the service Kitchen and the labor quarters.

Other Things to Note:

-Veg/Nonveg food can be served on the preorder basis at an additional cost. Please contact us for the same.

-Barbeque arrangements can also be arranged at an extra charge and need to informed prior.

-Drinking water Jars will be provided on the property which are complimentary, also packaged drinking water and soft drinks are available at an additional cost.

-A government photo I’d of every guest is needed to be shown on check-in.

-It is a villa located at such a location that small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures.

-Any damage caused by the guests to any part of the property (dishes, glasses, furniture, artifacts, etc), guests will have to pay EXTRA for such damage depending on the extent of the damage.

-We do charge extra for the decoration setups and floating breakfast which are shown in the photos. Please check the price with us.

-Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less hence guests are required to place all their meals orders on the prior day to avoid disappointment.

-The bedrooms have AC’s but the Living room doesn’t have one.

-The Jacuzzi is private but unfortunately the water heating function doesn’t work.

– In the case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions etc. are beyond our control in such cases up to 2hrs of outage can be managed by us but above that the diesel charges will need to be paid by the guests at actuals.
