The Villa is surrounded by hills and farms, offering a pleasant climate throughout the year.

The velvety turf and swimming pool, make the outdoors a fun experience. Laze around or bond over a cup of coffee looking at the setting sun. This place brings zero light pollution for good stargazing activities.
Sun-up or down, the comfortable stay is ideally suited for you to relax and distress.

Located about 15 -20 minutes away from Karjat and 2 hours drive from Mumbai this 2.5 BHK Villa has a private pool with modern amenities & facilities.
Rooms & Stay
The villa has 2.5 Air-conditioned bedrooms with 3 washrooms, a spacious living room with a television, a plush sofa set, and an attached dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, water-purifier etc. The non-smoking bedrooms are equipped with king size beds with extra mattresses, dressing areas and wardrobes to keep your belongings.

The Villa is bounded by a private garden, a private pool in the backyard, parking area, outdoor seating arrangements. The Villa is secured with gated premises with 24×7 caretaker assistance.

Guests looking for a leisure stay during the weekends or weekdays or wishing to celebrate special days like birthdays or anniversaries.

Other Notes
– For weekdays, we even take smaller groups with a good discount
– We take only one group booking at a time to give visitors privacy.
– The property can accommodate 15 guests; minimum group size is 10 for weekends
– We have full-time in-house cook, Kitchen access not allowed. Please go through the meal packages
– Meal Menu can be customized as per request

We have a multi-cuisine central kitchen for 5 villas backed by an experienced cook, Aashish, who ensures to serve your taste buds with a mix of Indian & local delicacies. His specialty is serving delicious, authentic Maharashtrian delicacies & home cooked food. Keeping in mind all hygiene protocols & safety he is always ready to serve the guests.

A wide range of both veg & non-veg appetizers, snacks & main course dishes will make you waiting for more.

Live Barbecue in the evening under open sky makes your stay memorable.

Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows a Moderate cancellation policy, hence full refund will be provided if Cancellation is made before 21 days from the date of reservation. If cancellation is done less than 21 days from the date of reservation, no refund in any circumstances.

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on the Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postponement in such cases

By Car: You can easily drive your vehicle till the stay

By Train: The nearest station is Karjat, you can easily get a train to Karjat and from there you can book a taxi which will drop you at the stay.

By Bus: Take a bus for Karjat, once you reach Karjat bus station take a taxi from there which will drop you at this stay.
