Thank you for choosing Bunkout for your travel experience. Before proceeding with the booking, please carefully read and accept the following terms and conditions. These are applicable to all bookings made through Bunkout and must be abided by all guests.
1. Third-Party Stay Disclaimer
- Bunkout is a travel platform that lists unique stays owned by third-party vendors across India.
- These properties are not owned or managed by Bunkout.
- Therefore, any issues occurring after check-in (e.g. problems with the stay, services, or amenities) are the sole responsibility of the property owner.
- Bunkout holds no responsibility for issues occurring after the user checks in the property
2. Room & Staff Services
- Bunkout does not provide or control room service, food service, or on-site staff.
- Any complaints regarding service quality, staff behavior, or delays must be directly addressed to the property owner.
3. Amenities & Refunds
- All listed amenities are provided as shared by the property owner.
- Bunkout does not hold any responsibility if any amenity is unavailable or missing during your stay.
- In such cases, refunds are at the sole discretion of the property owner.
- If the owner agrees to a refund, Bunkout will process the refund after deducting a 20% processing fee from the total booking amount.
4. Security Deposit
- If the property requires a refundable security deposit, guests must hand over the amount directly to the property owner before check-in.
- Bunkout is not responsible for collecting, holding, or refunding such deposits.
5. Damages & Penalties
- Any damage caused to the property by the guest may result in a monetary fine or legal complaint, as per the owner’s policy.
- Guests are fully liable for any such actions.
6. Check-in Rights
- Final check-in approval lies with the property owner.
- If a guest is denied check-in due to misbehavior, inappropriate conduct, or violation of property rules, Bunkout will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Each stay has a specific cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- If the stay is marked non-refundable, Bunkout will not be responsible for processing any refund.
- In refundable cases, refunds are subject to owner approval, and a 20% processing fee will be deducted by Bunkout.
8. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Cleanliness and hygiene of the property are managed by the property owner.
- Bunkout is not liable for any cleanliness-related issues.
- Refunds (if applicable) in such cases will be processed only if approved by the owner, and Bunkout will deduct a 20% processing fee.
