Pool Use: 

The private plunge pool is for your exclusive use. Please do not leave children unattended in the pool area. No glassware is allowed near the pool for safety reasons.

Noise Policy:

We kindly ask you to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect other guests.

Damage and Breakage:

Any damages or breakages in the room or pool area will be charged to your account. Please inform reception immediately of any issues.

Minibar:

Items in the minibar are chargeable. Please refer to the price list provided.

Conservation of Water and Electricity:

Please help us conserve water and electricity by turning off the lights, air-conditioning, and taps when not in use.

Housekeeping:

Daily housekeeping is provided. Please let us know if you do not wish to be disturbed or need any special arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows a No Refund cancellation policy, hence, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
