Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the reservation date.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows a Flexible policy. Hence, if canceled at least 11 days before the reservation date, the full advance will be refunded(Minus the cancellation charge of 15% of the total booking amount).

If canceled in less than 11 days then no refund in any circumstances.

Please Note:

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on the Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postponement in such cases
• In Case of date postponement/shift of booking dates: The decision is completely dependent on the Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postponement in such cases
