About Stay:

• Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests (3 guests on the main bed + 1 guest on an extra single bed).
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM.
• Road & Parking: The last stretch before the property is a short mud road, accessible to all vehicles. Open parking is available inside the compound, safe and convenient for guests.
• Pets: The entire property is private to your booking, and pets are welcome everywhere.
  • Kindly bring your pet’s bedding/mattress so they do not use the property’s beds.
  • In case of accidental damage or extra cleaning (particularly mattresses), guests are expected to take responsibility.
  • As the property is within an open estate, please keep pets close for their safety.
• Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils, cookware, refrigerator, oven, toaster, and kettle. Guests are welcome to cook and need not bring extra items unless they prefer their own.
• Food Options: Guests may order from nearby restaurants, and food will be delivered directly to the cottage.
• Driver Accommodation: As there is only one cottage, we do not have separate facilities for drivers. Guests are requested to make alternate arrangements if traveling with one.

Price: 

• Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹17,500 for 2 guests | Additional guest: ₹1,200 per person
• Weekends (Fri–Sun): 20,000 for 2 guests | Additional guest: ₹1,200 per person
• Pets: ₹5,500 per booking

Note: Rates do not include breakfast.

Cancellation Policy:

• ✅ 100% refund for cancellations made 14+ days before check-in.
• ✅ 50% refund for cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in.
• ✅ 30% refund for cancellations made 4–7 days before check-in.
• ❌ No refund for cancellations made within 4 days of check-in.
