About Stay

The Havana Beach Room is a spacious and luxurious accommodation with a total size of 1730 square feet. The highlight of the room is its private pool, which measures 7 feet by 15 feet. The pool offers guests a refreshing and exclusive way to relax and soak up the sun in the comfort of their own space. The Havana Beach Room features outdoor living areas for guests to enjoy. The room has been designed to create a sense of relaxation and tranquility, with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. Whether you want to take a dip in the pool or lounge on the deck, the Havana Beach Room provides a luxurious and serene environment for your vacation.

Rules:

Our standard check in time is 1400hrs and check out time is 1100hrs.

• Early check in and late check out is subject to availability on the arrival and departure respectively based on the below charges.
• An early check in can be provided at 1300hrs on a complimentary basis, subject to availability on the day of arrival.
• For a check in between 1100hrs to 1300hrs an additional half day charge will apply, subject to availability on the day of arrival.
• For a check in prior to 1100hrs one would need to book the room from a day prior on full day charges.
• A late check out can be provided till 1200 noon on a complimentary basis, subject to availability on the day of departure.
• For a check out between 1200hrs to 1400hrs an additional half day charge will apply, subject to availability on the day of departure.
• For a check out post 1400hrs one would need to book the room for subsequent night on full day charges.
• Extra adult charges will apply for a Child above 6 years of age, INR 2500/- per night. A maximum of 3 persons can be accommodated in a room.

Bookings are confirmed against 100% prepayment and are non-refundable.

Reservation confirmation is subject to availability at the time of receipt of payment.

Please make use of the safety locker in the rooms for your valuable, Parking not available at our hotel. The management thereby won’t be responsible for the same.

Meals will be additional on a la carte basis at our home cuisine restaurant, where you can enjoy the evening Sun Downers with the Spectacular Ocean view. Last order is at 2230hrs.
