Reservation cancellation and refund policy

1.The primary guest must be at least 18 years of aged be able to check in to the hotel.

2. it is mandatory for guest to present valid identification at the time of check in
3. According to Government regulation a valid photo id has to be carried by every person above the age of 12 staying at the hotel.
4. The identification proof accepted are Aadhar card, driving licence and passport.
5. Confirmation of booking is subject to receipt of Advanced payments again room tariff.
6. unless advance payment is received, booking will be treated as provisional and the rooms may be released to guests who make advance payment.
7. Payments can be made through online, wire transfer, upi and confirmation mail will be sent against payment receipt.
8. All other dues in curd during stay shall be settled at the resort against bills, daily.

 Cancellation Policy

1.  Any cancellation before 7 working days prior to check in date -100% refund of advance amount paid.
2.  Any amendment/ cancellation between 7 days to 3 days prior –  50% of the package value for the book period will be charged.
3.  Any cancellation or amendment 3 days prior –  100% of the package value for the book period will be charged.
4.  Extension of stable required and new reservation for additional date(s),  subject to availability and prevailing rates and the existing rate shall not apply.

Refund policy

All refunds will be processed within 4 hours from the date of request and the amount should be reflected in your account within 7 to 10 business days.

 Important notes

1.  Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rooms.
2.  Outside Food is not allowed inside the property.
3.  We recommend carrying a pair of tracking shoes for outdoor activities, insect repellent spray and clothing according to the weather.
4.  For any disputes in payment and any other legal disputes,  the jurisdiction of the court will be at Quepem Court.
5.  The hotel management has full rights to charge the customer for any violation or damage caused inside the property.
