TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Booking and Cancellation

If you wish to cancel 21 days before the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the advance value in the original payment mode.
Cancellations that are made between 14-21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 75% refund of the total advance paid.
Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total advance paid. For
any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.

2. Payment terms

Booking is confirmed only upon receiving the advance, with priority given to the first payment. The remaining balance must be
paid upon arrival, and inquiries alone won’t secure a booking.

3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 11am; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. For any queries, contact
management, who reserves the right to evacuate or charge extra for late check-out.

4. Security deposit / Rental damage protection
An amount of 2000INR has to be done on the arrival as security deposit.
And the same would be refunded back upon the proper inspection of the property after check-out.

5. Termination
Management holds the right of cancellation of booking incase of emergency from the management side.
In such case advance will be refunded. Inappropriate behavior and breach of house rules will lead to cancellation.
In such situation advance will not be refunded.

6. Occupancy
Head count exceeds for which the booking is done will be charged accordingly. Visitors are not allowed.

7.Others
Management is not responsible for lost items. Music systems cannot be used after 10pm, and pool usage is not allowed after
11:30pm or during check-out. In case of power outage, an inverter backup is available, and the kitchen with electric induction is
equipped for lite cooking. Guests will be charged for any damages, and alcohol consumption is at their own risk.

“Booking made by you will automatically mean you have read all the rules and regulations carefully and will abide to it . Any doubts regarding property or house rules should be clarified before hand. Won’t be entertained later.”

Weekdays :12000 for up to 10 people including Stay and Taxes

Weekend : 14400 for up to 10 people including Stay and Taxes
