Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows No Refund policy if 60% Advance is provided at time of booking , hence no refund will be given of the advance amount if user wishes to cancel on any date or in any circumstances.

This stay follows Moderate policy if full Advance is provided at time of booking, hence full advance will be refunded(Deducting the cancellation charge of 15% of total booking amount) if cancelled at-least 21 days before date of reservation.

If cancelled less than 21 days then no refund in any circumstances.

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
• In Case of date postpone/shift of booking dates: Decision is completely dependent on Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postpone in such cases
