At our private property, we reserve the entire space for one guest which has a 2 bedroom cave house. Our rates are ₹12,250 on weekdays and ₹15,300 on weekends, inclusive of accommodation for up to 4 guests with breakfast. For groups larger than 4, there’s an additional charge of ₹1,550 per guest, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Additionally, the caretaker family at the property can assist you with additional cooking according to our menu at extra cost.

Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:

• Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is made before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is made before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is made before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows No Refund policy, hence no refund will be given of the advance amount if user wishes to cancel on any date or in any circumstances.

• In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on the Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postponement in such cases
