About Stay:
Our enchanting cottage, nestled in lush greenery about 20 minute away from clock tower(where the mall road starts)-
offers modern amenities and tranquility amidst majestic mountains and fragrant pine trees. Serenaded by bird songs, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Mussoorie and the Doon Valley from every corner. Safety is paramount, and our dedicated staff and talented chef ensure a secure and unforgettable stay with delicious meals(chargeable). You can breathe the peace in this property
The space
We are located 20 minutes from the Mussoorie city centre and about 7 to 8 minutes far from Woodstock school in Landour on Mussoorie Dhanaulti Road. 3 minutes from Bataghat. The place is called Tibri dhar. There is free parking available in front of our gate.
Note: max 2 adults and 2 kids are allowed( kids age below 11). Extra adult can be accommodated on extra charges ( 2500rs/ night).
We can arrange special setup in garden area /in the room to celebrate your special moments like birthday/anniversary/ candle light dinner ( charges for that is 1500 rs), kindly

Note: We hope you are eagerly anticipating your upcoming stay at our resort.
In the event of a power outage(which is rare), we have implemented a backup system consisting of 10 batteries inverter and a gen set.
Additionally, we offer a fireplace to provide warmth during colder nights. While our staff will ensure it is lit at night, please refrain from attempting to light it yourself to avoid accidents.

Price:
Weekday: 10800 for 2 people with stay and taxes
Weekend: 11800 for 2 people with stay and taxes
Cancellation Policy:
We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:
- Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
- Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
- Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the reservation date.
- No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given
This stay follows a Flexible policy. Hence, if canceled at least 11 days before the reservation date, the full advance will be refunded(Minus the cancellation charge of 15% of the total booking amount).
If canceled in less than 11 days then no refund in any circumstances.

- In case of Force Majeure/Emergency Situations: Cancellation is completely dependent on the Owner of the stay and Bunkout does not hold any responsibility for cancellation or date postponement in such cases
