The space
Each of the spacious bedrooms provides an inviting view of the private swimming pool, creating a serene escape right from the comfort of your bed.

The villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests on beds, with additional mattresses available for up to 4 more guests, allowing for a total of 12 guests. Please ensure you provide the correct guest count at booking, as any additional guests may incur an extra charge at the property.

A fully functional kitchen is available with essential utensils, ideal for basic cooking needs like tea, coffee, maggi, and reheating. NO Major cooking allowed in the kitchen.

Convenient parking is available on the premises for up to 3 cars.Other things to note

A security deposit of ₹3,000 will be collected at check-in. Any damages caused during your stay may result in deductions from this deposit, so please be mindful of the property.

Keep the villa clean and treat it like your own home.

Please note the pool’s depth and follow all safety guidelines. Children must be supervised at all times, and alcohol consumption is not allowed inside the pool. For safety and quiet hours, the pool is closed after 10 PM.

We offer optional meal packages, including four meals, for an additional charge. These must be arranged in advance, so please confirm if interested.

MONDAY-THURSDAY: Rs. 21600/- for upto 8 Guests For 1 Night (Rs. 1500/- Per Person Extra for over 8 Guests)

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Rs. 26500/- for upto 8 Guests For 1 Night (Rs. 2000/- Per Person Extra for over 8 Guests)

Kids Rate: Upto 5 Years: No Extra Charge

5 Years to 13 Years: Rs. 1500/- Per

Kid Over 13 Years: Same as adults per person rate

Maximum Accomodation: 12 Pax

Please note: If your group size is less than 8 pax, still the basic villa rate is same.

We also provide Veg and Non-veg meal packages for additional charges. Let us know if interested.

Note: A deposit of Rs.3000 will be collected at the time of check in. This amount is fully refundable, provided the property is left without any damage after the stay.
Cancellation Policy:

We have 7 Types of cancellation Policies:
- Flexible — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
- Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
- Strict — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
- Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the reservation date.
- Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the reservation date.
- No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given
This stay follows a Flexible policy. Hence, if canceled at least 11 days before the reservation date, the full advance will be refunded(Minus the cancellation charge of 15% of the total booking amount).

If canceled in less than 11 days then no refund in any circumstances.
