Luxe Casa is a 10 mins drive before Kashid Beach. It’s perfect for a family outing, with the beach area offering shacks for breakfast, lunch, snacks & refreshments 7 changing clothes too. This beach has water sports activities like para sailing & jet ski boats.

We provide a comfortable stay for 2 people and additionally 2 peoples arrangements can be made with a Queen size sofa cum bed. Enjoy mountain views complete with waterfalls (only in monssons) and lush greenery from all the rooms and from the dining area enjoy sea & sunset views on 1 side and mountain views on the other. It’s a treat for Nature Lovers!

At night star gazing has it’s own charms & if you are visiting during monsoons you get to see beautiful FIRE FLIES at night, right from the rooms!!

This place offers more than just a relaxing stay. For the adventurous, there is Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, as well as many famous Forts like Murud Janjira, Revdanda & Korlai.

Konkan is best known for it’s Sea Food. There are good shacks and restaurants just 5-10 mins from the place, which serve lipsmacking traditional maharashtrian style dishes. We also provide contacts details for food to be delivered and can be enjoyed in the dining area. You can also get frsh catch at the nearby fish markets if you wish to buy your own seafood and get it cooked at some known shacks (contact details will be provided).

* Smoking is permitted in the dining area & the private balcony area with the window OPEN and with the balcony door CLOSED. We STRICTLY do not allow smoking in the rooms for cleanliness purposes and to avoid smoke smell in the rooms for the comfort of our next visitors.
* Car parking is available for upto 6 cars.

• Moderate — Full refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.

• Partial Flexible — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 11 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Moderate — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 21 days from the date of reservation.
• Partial Strict — Partial Refund if Cancellation is done before 30 days from the date of reservation.
• No Refund — No Refund of the advance amount given

This stay follows a No Refund cancellation policy, hence, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
